John Carnesale has immense experience in all facets of commercial financing. He has facilitated billions of dollars in transitions and continues to provide financial strategies and instruments nationwide to those who require financing for their unique real estate opportunities.
John’s wealth of knowledge is supplemented by his own real estate investments. He is a principle in various real estate ventures which focus on specialty medical developments including hospitals, long-term care, medical office and residential facilities throughout the Western United States. His extensive background in real estate finance and business was sparked when he began as a pension advisor governing investments within the real estate sectors nationwide.
Mr. Carnesale holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a Master of Business Administration degree (PKE MBA) from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Arts major in Economics, and ALPA minor from the University of Notre Dame, and an Associates of Arts degree from Holy Cross College, Notre Dame Indiana. Mr. Carnesale has held a position as a trustee for Holy Cross College Notre Dame, Indiana as well as contributes to several charitable institutions on an ongoing basis. For the past five years, Mr. Carnesale has held an adjunct professor position with Pepperdine University acting as a PKE Class Advisor.
